This policy explains what personal data Ryan Dixon & affiliated entities ("we") collects when you sign up for our free training, how we use it, and your rights over it.
When you register for the free training, we collect the information you give us: your email address and, if provided, your first name. We do not collect health data, medical information, or test results through this signup.
We also record that you gave consent (a timestamp), and standard technical data (e.g. that a form was submitted) needed to deliver the emails you asked for.
We use your email to (a) register you for the free training and send you the reminders and educational emails you consented to, and (b) let you know about related paid programs. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you gave by ticking the box at signup. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
We use trusted service providers to run the training and send emails — an email platform (Klaviyo), a webinar platform (HeySummit), and an automation bridge (Integrately). They process your data on our instructions only. We do not sell your data.
We keep your data for as long as you are subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing emails and retain only what we must.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. To unsubscribe, use the link in any email. For any other request, contact ryan@ryandixon.io. If you are in the UK/EU, you may also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
This training is intended primarily for a US audience. Where required, data is processed under appropriate safeguards.
